Dalia
Dalia is one of the healthiest foods that can be consumed. It is good even for adults and there are many recipes that can be used to cook dalia. For a baby, the energy supplement is very important and the recipe should contain dalia and also some vegetables to make the food tasty as well as healthy. Simple recipes are always better for the mother to be able to cook the food fast and serve the hungry baby as soon as possible.
Dalia and vegetable mix is a recipe that is very good for the baby and it can safely be given to a small baby too. The dalia that is given to the baby can help to act as a supplement when the mother is trying to stop breastfeeding the child or even when the child is being breast fed.
Dalia Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 cup Dalia
- 3 cups water
- 1 carrot that is chopped fine
- 2 tbsp olive oil or any vegetable oil
- 1 onion that is chopped into small pieces
- Salt to taste
The oil is heated in a pan. Olive oil is healthier for the baby than any other kind of oil, but vegetable oils can also be used for the baby. The onions that are cut are fried in the oil completely till they are golden brown in color.
Once this is done, the carrot that is chopped fine is added to the dish. Then when the carrot is cooked, three cups of water is added to the above. Once the water is boiling, the dalia is added to the above and cook till the water is gone. Mix well and the vegetable dalia is ready.
