Babies should grow healthy and also have a healthy lifestyle. Nothing is as healthy as vegetables for the babies to eat. To add the taste of the food, cheese is added. It also contains enough calories for the child to heave a healthy life. Many different vegetables can be used in this recipes for the child to be healthy, but it should be understood that the child should be given vegetables that are easy to swallow.

Potatoes are easy to chew on and also swallow. Babies will love these cheesy vegetables as it is tasty and also very healthy for the babies and so mothers can give these with no inhibitions. Cottage cheese or home made cheese will be best for the babies in this recipe than the ones bought from a store.

Cheesy vegetables Recipe

Ingredients :

  • 1 teaspoon of oil
  • 1 small onion that is chopped fine
  • 1 potato that is peeled and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons milk or breast milk formula
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 1 tablespoon of cheese that is grated

Method:
The first step in the recipe is to heat the oil and the onion is fried deep in it. To this, the potato that is chopped fine is added and also cooked till it is soft. The water and also the milk or breast milk formula is added and then cooked for a quarter of an hour.

After the potato and the onions are cooked fine, the cheese is added to it and the mixture should be stirred till the cheese melts.

The baby will love this!
